Southville International School and Colleges Educators Hailed as Best Teachers in Southern Metro Manila

Southville International School and Colleges educators Elizabeth Sullano, Dr. Joanne Miranda, Dr. Aris Ignacio and Dr. Jerry Aguilar was awarded the Consortium of the South’s (COTS) 2017 STAR Teacher Awards during ceremonies held at the Southville International School and Colleges Luxembourg Hall.

The Consortium of the South’s (COTS) 2017 STAR Teacher Awards honor the most exceptional faculty south of Metro Manila, their devotion to their students, their dedication to their disciplines, and their tireless efforts on behalf of their schools. They recognize the life-changing impact of an inspirational teacher on the lives of the young people they teach.

Each of the educators received a special tribute from the organizers of the event, a distinctive plaque and certificate. They were selected from a list of finalists by a panel comprised of senior officials from the Commission on Higher Education – National Capital Region.

The Consortium of the South, an academic consortium of higher education institutions based in the south of Metro Manila composed of SISC; Lyceum of the Philippines University (LPU) Calamba; University of Perpetual Help System (UPHS) Dalta; San Beda College (SBC) of Alabang; Olivarez College; PATTS College of Aeronautics; Immaculate Heart of Mary College, Parañaque, and Manila Tytana Colleges, to recognize and reward sustained excellence in all aspects of teaching.
